Introduction
|
It's only been a few weeks since AMD released the first series of Athlon XP processors, but they're already gearing-up to introduce a new wave of XP CPUs.
Until now, the Athlon XP has been available in variations ranging from the 1500+ to the 1800+. Now, we can add the 1900+ to the list. The Athlon XP 1900+ is physically identical to its predecessors, save for its higher operating frequency.
With a rated speed of 1.6GHz - compared to the 1800+'s 1.53GHz - the 1900+ is certainly the most powerful XP yet.
