The features (continued)
Additional features of the DFI PC64, include: Wake on LAN, Wake on Modem Ring, PS/2 connectors, USB connectors, an AMR slot, RX/TX connectors for infrared, and start-up from the keyboard or mouse. Hardware monitoring of fan speed, and of CPU & environmental temperatures are also included as standard features. As well, a sound card featuring the Aureal Vortex AU8810A1 chipset is an integrated component of the PC64. Finally, beside meeting the PC99 standard, the DFI PC64 supports both ATA66, and 2X/4X AGP.

Installation
Installation of the PC64 comes without any surprises. For all intents, the PC64 is jumperless, and configuration is done from the BIOS. So, to install the board, slap it in a case, plug in all the cables, and make a quick pass through the BIOS to verify all the settings.
The software bundle
The installation CD includes: Intel patches for supporting Windows on the i820 chipset, sound card drivers, audio applications to complement the sound card, Hardware Doctor for monitoring the hardware, the user's manual, and DirectX 6.1.
