Additional features of the Matsonic MS9068E motherboard include: Wake on LAN, Wake on Modem Ring, PS2 connectors for connecting mice & keyboards, four USB v1.1 ports, six USB v2.0 ports, an integrated AC"97 sound-card, Suspend to RAM, and infrared capabilities. Hardware monitoring of fan speed, CPU temperature, and of voltages is also included as a standard feature of this PC99-compliant motherboard.

Installation

Installation of the Matsonic MS9068E is very simple, since there is no pressing need to play with jumpers. Simply place the board in a case, plug-in, boot-up, and drop into the BIOS to make any adjustments.

The installation CD includes the Intel 4.00.1009 patches, drivers for the sound-card, drivers for the USB 2.0 controller, drivers for the network controller, video drivers, Adobe Acrobat Reader, a digital rendition of the user's manual, DirectX 8.1, and Hardware Monitor,

The hardware bundle

The MS-9068E comes with: one 80-pin ATA100 cable, one floppy-drive cable, and a cover for the connectors on the back of the board.
