Details techniques
The standard amount of space has been provided around the CPU socket in order to fit a P4 heatsink.
The memory slots are located far enough from the AGP port that there is little chance of a retention bar coming into contact with the graphics card when installing memory.
The voltage regulation circuits are of the triple phase, bi-Mosfets variety.
Eight 3300mfds capacitors have been placed around the CPU socket.
The power connectors have been placed between the Northbridge and the audio ports; not an ideal placement by any means.
The CPU retention bar is made of metal, so there's little chance of it breaking.
The Northbridge is capped with a heatsink, but no fan.
Three fan connectors are included, all of which are controlled by the hardware monitoring system.
Hardware monitoring is controlled by a Winbond W83627HF circuit.
This board permits manual assignment of IRQs.
A VIA VT6306 microchip provides support for USB 2.0 ports.
An integrated Realtek RTL8100B Ethernet controller is included.
The on-board RAID 0+1 controller is a Promise PDC20265R chip.
And finally, the BIOS can be rolled-back to the last batch of valid settings by pressing "Insert" at start-up.
