Additional features of the Abit KT7 RAID motherboard include: Wake on LAN, Wake On Modem Ring, PS2 ports, 2 USB on the back panel, 2 USB ports located on the board itself, Power Failure Recovery, Suspend To Ram, RX/TX connectors for infrared, and start-up from the mouse, keyboard, or at a pre-set time. Hardware monitoring of fan speed, CPU temperature, and voltages is also included with this PC99-compliant motherboard. Finally, KT7 RAID incorporates a RAID controller that supports modes 0, 1, and 0+1, as previously mentioned.

Installation
Installation of the Abit KT7 RAID is ridiculously simple. Basicly, it has to be put in a case, plugged in, and turned on. Once that's done, one can jump into the BIOS and tweak to their heart's content.
The software pack
The installation CD includes the VIA 4-in-1 drivers for the KT133 chipset, drivers for the RAID controller, Adobe Acrobat Reader, a digital version of the user's manual, a utility for flashing the BIOS, PointCast Network, Inforia Quest 98, WinDVD, HighPoint XStore Pro, and VIA Hardware Monitor.
The hardware bundle
The KT7 RAID also comes with: 2 80-pin ATA66/100 cables, a floppy-drive cable, and two USB connectors for the rear panel.
