Additional features (continued)

Additional features of the DFI AK70 include: Wake on LAN, Wake on Modem Ring, PS2 connectors for mice and keyboards, 2 USB ports, and RX/TX connectors for infrared functionality. Hardware monitoring of fan speed, and CPU temperature is also provided as a standard feature on this PC99-compliant motherboard. Finally, it must be mentioned that this board's Southbridge is none other than the AMD 756, so the "Super Bypass" function is supported. If you'll recall, this function permits better performance at the risk of a loss in stability - so be forewarned before employing it.
