Technical details

Plenty of space has been left open around the CPU socket, which should allow for the installation of larger heatsinks.

The memory slots are located far enough from the AGP port that there is little chance of a retention bar coming into contact with the graphics card.

Four 3300Mfds, and seven 680Mfds capacitors have been placed around the CPU socket.

A Riser card is present, which carries a number of additional voltage regulation circuits.

The Northbridge has been capped-off with a cooler.

The CPU retention bar is made of metal, so there is little chance of it breaking.

Three fan connectors are included, and all of them are controlled by the hardware monitoring system.

Hardware monitoring is controlled by an Asus AS99127F circuit.

A thermal sensor connector is included.

It's possible to manually assign IRQs.

Exclusion of resources such as IRQ, DMA, and UMB is possible.

The BIOS can not only be rolled-back to the last batch of valid settings by pressing "CTRL + Insert" at start-up, but pressing these keys can also be used to transport users directly to the BIOS - simply hold the key combo at start-up until the system beeps.
