Regulations

In order to participate in the contest, participants must first be registered in our discussion Forum, at which time they must supply their full e-mail address. Once that step is completed, contest-hopefulls must post at least 15 messages in the forum by January 10th, 2001. It's as simple as that!

All messages that are posted in the forum are verified, and moderated. As such, anyone caught posting banalities, useless, vulgarities, insults or out of topic messages shall have their messages erased, and be immediately banned from future contests, as well as the Forum.

When all is said and done, please remember that the Forum is meant as an arena through which users can exchange knowledge, and expect reasonably informative replies to their questions. With that in mind, try to put some thought, and maybe even a little wisdom into your posts, so all residents of the Forum can benefit from your savoir-faire.

That said, you're also quite welcome to ask questions of other members, provided those questions are serious, and relevant.

The Forum is composed of several different message bases, and all users are welcome to post to any area they so choose.

How will the winners be picked?

The grand prizes (which is to say, the most valuable ones) will go to the four participants who manage to post the greatest number of messages within the designated time-span. The secondary prizes goodies will be chosen at random from among those whom have successfully posted more than 15 messages.

What all this means of course, is that just about everybody has a chance to win! So, there's no point to hanging around here anymore - hurry on down to where you know you've got to be, sign up, and start posting! :)
